Antenatal Pilates classes will guide you through pregnancy teaching you to connect and engage the deep core muscles, guide you through movements, breathing and relaxation techniques designed to safely maintain strength and flexibility. This series will leave you feeling supported both mentally and physically as your bump grows and a perfect way to prepare for labour.
Specifically designed courses for the postnatal period to help with pelvic floor weakness, diastasis recti (tummy separation), flexibility, overall strength and a safe return to exercise. And babies are welcome too!
