About BH Pilates
BH Pilates is taught by Becca, an experienced Musculoskeletal and Women's Health Physiotherapist. She has in-depth knowledge of how the body functions in injury and health. She is able to explain the benefits of each Pilates move, where in the body it will target and how it can improve everyday activity

BH Pilates is perfect for total beginners and for those who have done Pilates before. Becca is able to modify the exercises to meet individual needs and so it's great for the young, old, sedentary to sporty!

Modified Pilates method
As a Physiotherapist, Becca is able to modify traditional Pilates exercises to ensure you perform the exercises correctly and effectively. This means you get the most out of your workout and that you are progressed on to more challenging levels safely. Each class is themed to work a different muscle and core group so that at the end of the course (and each class!) you're guaranteed a full body workout.
